Investing in an EHCA Education
EHCA is committed to offering a quality education. These rates reflect our commitment to hiring the best faculty and staff to teach, engage and inspire our students each and every day. For the 2023-2024 school year over 70% of our families received tuition assistance in the form of discounts and need-based financial aid.
DISCOUNTS
First Responders Discount - Law enforcement officers, firefighters and paramedics receive 5% discount off first child.
Military Discount - Active military and veterans receive 5% discount off first child.
Sibling Discount - Families will receive a 10% discount for 2nd child, 20% for 3rd child, and 30% for each additional sibling.
Prepayment Discount - Pay full tuition before close of business on June 15th and receive a 5% discount. (This discount is available for K-8th students and 5d PS/PK Full Day students only.)
Transition Discount - EHCA 2023-2024 Early Education students who enroll in Kindergarten and 2023-2024 5th grade students who enroll in 6th grade will receive a $400 tuition discount.
AFFORDING EHCA
Financial Assistance - Need-based financial assistance may be available to families with a legitimate financial need. Determination of need is handled through a confidential third-party assessment of the family’s individual financial profile. Families applying for financial assistance need to complete an online application and submit the required documentation (processing fee required). Applications are available here in the Grant and Aid section. The board will use the assessment to allocate the distribution of financial assistance funds.
Conner Christian Scholarship - EHCA students have the opportunity to apply for income-based financial aid from the Conner Christian Scholarship Foundation of Roswell, NM. Interested families can find the Application Form here. EHCA is not affiliated with the Foundation and is not responsible for selection of recipients of Conner Foundation scholarships. Any inquiries or questions need to be directed to the Foundation.
ACE Scholarship - EHCA partners with ACE Scholarships, an organization that offers privately funded scholarships to qualifying families attending private schools. To learn more about ACE Scholarships, please visit here. ACE will open applications for the 2024-2025 school year on February 5, 2024, and applications will remain open until 11:59 pm (ET) on April 15, 2024. NMECECD Child Care Assistance - the Child Care Assistance Program subsidizes the cost of child care for families at or below 400% of the federal poverty level that are working, in school, or searching for employment. This assistance can cover the costs of before and after school care for children up to the age of 12 as well as cover pre-K and preschool tuition. The assistance can be applied for here.
FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT
Families may choose one of the following tuition payment plans: annual payment with a discount for tuition paid in full by the deadline or monthly over 11 months (July through May). Monthly tuition payments must be set up with FACTS for Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) from your bank account on the 5th or 20th of each month. Payments can also be charged to a credit card (additional fees apply). FACTS does not administer the non-refundable application fee or registration fees as these are paid online during enrollment.
